Safe Falling Classes: the basic warm-up
The Fearless Falling class always starts with a basic
top-down warm-up routine to get the muscles and joints ready for the
exercises that follow. The warm-up should only take only about
ten minutes. This is not serious stretching -- it's just lightly
streching by moving the arms, legs, spine, and neck through a normal
range of motion. Many of these individual movements are good to
do during your normal day when you feel tired or stiff.
